Effective today, Allure Global Solutions, Inc. announces a digital signage partnership with Magenta Research, an industry-recognized leader in the adaptive distribution and switching of audio/visual signals over Cat5 cable.
The partnership will include combining marketing and sales efforts in applicable industry trade shows, co-product features in sales collateral materials, industry specific co-publicity efforts, co-product showroom demonstrations and the opportunity for Allure Global to be a re-seller of Magenta Research products.
“The partnership with Magenta is a natural for us,” stated Rodrick Glass, EVP of Business Development for Allure Global Solutions. “We use their products for many of our clients’ installations as the need to move video over great distances using Cat5 cable with no loss of video quality and definition is imperative for us. Our partnership with Magenta will provide both companies with showcase marketing opportunities that demonstrate technology leadership in the digital signage space.”
“By contributing greatly to our trade show efforts this year with attention grabbing, co-branded signage, Allure has already proven themselves to be a valued asset to Magenta, “added Magenta Research Vice President Bob Michaels. “Allure’s turn-key signage implementations and expertise are well-respected and admired throughout the industry and Magenta is proud to be a part of their solution.”
Magenta Research is the industry-recognized leader in the adaptive distribution and switching of video/audio/control signals over CatX cable, DVI over fiber and/or Cat6 and more recently, HDMI over Cat6. Over ten years, Magenta has developed the highest-performance, broadest and most flexible video over CatX product line, the MultiView™ Series. The company utilizes proprietary technologies to enable WUXGA/1080p video distribution at 2,000 feet (610m) and QXGA video at 1,000 feet (305m). MultiView Series transmitters, receivers, switchers, and distributive systems have been installed in a large variety of A/V applications, especially dynamic signage for retail, fast food, museum, casino, theatre, courtroom and corporate applications. In 2005, Magenta introduced the Mondo Matrix, the first multimedia Cat5 matrix switcher that can be scaled incrementally from 16x16 to 256x512. The Mondo has quickly become the new standard for larger-scale video plus audio and/or serial matrix switching. In 2006, Magenta launched the Infinea DVI Series and an industry-first – unlimited DVI extension over optical fiber and/or Cat6 using digital signal repeaters at 10km of fiber or 600 ft. (183m) of Cat6. Based in Connecticut, USA, Magenta utilizes a network of international distributors, manufacturers’ representatives and resellers to market its enabling technology worldwide.
